I ordered the right cartridge but received the wrong one.

In the unusual event we've accidentally supplied you with a cartridge other than that ordered within the last 60 days, please visit your account area and click on "Completed orders" to request a prompt replacement. If you're not a registered user, please send your request via the "Contact us" form.

 

My new cartridge doesn't seem to work - Is it faulty ?

Save time and money. Most cartridge faults are easily resolved by first contacting manufacturer support directly. In the unusual event a faulty cartridge is confirmed, please record the manufacturers fault confirmation reference number (where issued) then visit your account area and click on "Completed orders" to request a prompt replacement. Min weight checks apply. If you're not a registered user, please send your request via the "Contact us" form.

 

I ordered a wrong cartridge - Can I return it ?

As long as it's unopened, in as new, re-salable condition, not split from a multi-pack & ordered within the last 60 days. Please pack carefully in a sturdy outer box so it arrives in re-salable condition. A 15% fee is deducted from your refund to partially recover handling & administrative costs. Freight on the original delivery is not refunded. Visit your account area and click on "Completed orders" to request a Return Authority number & specific warehouse address. If you're not a registered user, please send your request via the "Contact us" form.

 

I had to replace my printer - Can I return an unopened cartridge ?

As long as it's unopened, in as new, re-salable condition, not split from a multi-pack & ordered within the last 60 days.
